Changed your mind? Send it back within 14 days of delivery.
How returns work

Start your return
Send us your order number through the contact page and tell us which items you would like to return.

Get your instructions
Once approved, we email you the return address and everything you need to send the parcel back.

Send it back
Pack the item in its original packaging, unused and complete with all tags and accessories.

Receive your refund
As soon as your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
What we can accept
- Items must be unused and in resalable condition.
- Original packaging, tags and accessories must be complete.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- For hygiene reasons, personal-care items must be unopened.
- Return postage for a change of mind is paid by you. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping.
No exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, colour or product, return the original item under the return policy above and place a new order — that way the item you want is reserved from stock straight away rather than waiting for your return to arrive.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or simply is not what you ordered, we cover every cost, return shipping included.
