Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These terms govern your use of amour store and every order you place with us. They are written to be read, not to be endured.
1. Scope
This store is operated by Amour LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States, trading as amour store at amourstore.store. These terms govern your use of the site and every order placed through it. By using the site you accept them. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
This page is written for clarity rather than as a substitute for legal advice.
2. How a contract is formed
Product listings on this site are an invitation to buy, not a binding offer. Placing an order is your offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email and payment has been successfully authorised.
We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, where a price or description was clearly incorrect, or where we are unable to verify the order. If we do, any payment taken is refunded in full without deduction.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in your local currency where we support it, and are charged in euro, which is the currency we settle in. Your bank may therefore apply its own conversion. Prices include statutory VAT where it applies. Shipping is shown separately and confirmed before you complete your order, so the total you approve at checkout is the total you pay us — we add nothing afterwards.
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details.
4. Delivery
We deliver to the countries listed at checkout. Delivery estimates are given in good faith and are not guaranteed dates; where an estimate is exceeded materially, contact us and we will resolve it.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged, tell us as soon as you reasonably can so we can help.
5. Your right of withdrawal (14 days)
As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. The period begins on the day you, or a carrier you nominated, take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise this right, tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw — our contact page is the simplest route. Sending the goods back without notifying us first may delay your refund.
Return the goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of notifying us. We refund all payments received, including the standard delivery cost, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed. We may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or you supply proof of return, whichever is earlier.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain goods, including sealed items that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and goods made to your specification.
6. Statutory guarantee
Your statutory rights in respect of defective goods apply in full and are not limited by these terms. Under EU law you are entitled to a remedy for a period of two years from delivery where goods do not conform to the contract.
A guarantee of this kind is separate from, and in addition to, the right of withdrawal described above.
7. Use of the site
You may not use this site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or interfere with its normal operation. Accounts are personal to you and you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
All content on this site — text, imagery, design and branding — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under applicable product liability law.
For slight negligence we are liable only where a material contractual obligation is breached, and then only for foreseeable damage typical of this kind of contract. Liability is otherwise excluded to the extent permitted by law.
9. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by German law. Where you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence continue to apply.
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms are welcome — use our contact page and a person will reply.
