Where we ship, and what it costs
These are the rates checkout charges. Delivery times are estimates from the day your order leaves us, not guaranteed dates, and exclude the processing time below.

Customs and import charges
Orders shipped outside the European Union may attract import duty, VAT or a customs handling fee on arrival. These are set by the destination country, are not included in the price you pay us, and are the recipient’s responsibility.
Order tracking
Every order is dispatched with tracking. We email the tracking number when the parcel leaves us, and your order history shows the current status.
If your order is delayed
Carrier delays and customs inspections happen. If your parcel passes its estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number and we will chase it and keep you updated.

The destinations we ship to are shown at checkout once you enter your address.
Processing time
Orders are prepared within 1-3 business days. You receive an email the moment your parcel leaves us.
