Shipping
Shipping cost and the estimated delivery window are calculated for your address at checkout and shown to you before you confirm the order — never after.
When a free shipping threshold applies, you will see it stated in your cart and again at checkout.
We deliver across Europe, including Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain and Italy, and to the United Kingdom, United States and Canada. The full list of destinations is shown at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days from delivery to return your order, no reason required. That matches your statutory right of withdrawal under EU law — see our returns page for the full conditions.
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund your original payment method. Depending on your bank the money typically appears within 5–10 business days.
No — we do not offer exchanges. Return the original item and place a new order for the variant you want, so it is reserved from stock straight away. If an item arrived faulty or damaged, we cover every cost including return shipping.
Payment Security
All payments are processed by Stripe over an encrypted connection. Your card details go directly to Stripe — they never reach our servers and we never store them.
Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and Link. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also accepted, and appear at checkout on devices that support them.
Order Tracking
Your order history shows the current status of every order. Once a parcel is dispatched we email you the tracking number as soon as the carrier provides it.
Check your spam folder first — that is where it usually is. If it still has not arrived, write to us from the contact page with your email address and we will resend it.
Account
No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account simply means your order history and delivery addresses are there next time.
