Where we ship, and what it costs
These are the rates checkout charges. Delivery times are estimates from the day your order leaves us, not guaranteed dates, and exclude the processing time below.

Customs and import charges
Your order is dispatched by our supplier partners from outside the United States, currently from China. Depending on the value of the shipment and the rules in force when it arrives, U.S. Customs may assess import duty, tax or a broker's handling fee. Any such charge is set by U.S. Customs and the carrier, is not included in the price you pay us, and is the recipient's responsibility. We do not prepay duties, and we cannot tell you in advance whether a particular parcel will be assessed.
Order tracking
Where the carrier issues a tracking number we email it to you. Not every dispatch route provides one, so your order history is the reliable place to check progress — and you can contact us with your order number at any time.
If your order is delayed
Carrier delays and customs inspections happen. If your parcel passes its estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number and we will chase it and keep you updated.

The destinations we ship to are shown at checkout once you enter your address.
Processing time
Orders are prepared within 1-3 business days. You receive an email the moment your parcel leaves us.

Your order history shows the current status; contact us with your order number any time.
